One must remember that the river is in low flow due to time of year. No runoff from snow. In a very short period of time, with the help of rain and snow, this river will “clean” itself and salmon will spawn again. Mother Nature is wonderful that way.
Noble effort but it does not look like any Salmon will be swimming there anytime soon.
